Pandan Leaves Coconut Jam

"Kaya," the Malaysian word for coconut jam and means "rich," which is a perfect description for this sweet, creamy, luscious spread. We've added hints of pandan leaves to compliment the flavors of our classic coconut jam. Kaya is made mainly from coconut milk, and is traditionally served with bread, but also goes well with waffles, pancakes, crepes, and as a topping for ice cream.
