🔥Sambal

Made from seven types of roasted chilies — spicy, bold, vegan

Recipe: Sambal-Glazed Shrimp Skewers

  • Marinade: 2 Tbsp sambal + 1 Tbsp honey + 1 Tbsp lime juice.

  • Method: Toss ½ lb shrimp in marinade, skewer and grill 2–3 min per side.
