Azalina’s Is Moving

Our final dinner at 499 Ellis Street will be Saturday, September 26. After that, Azalina’s will be moving to a new home in San Francisco.

We’re still working on our next location, so we don’t have a new address to share yet.

Azalina’s is staying in San Francisco, and Chef Azalina will keep cooking. As soon as the new location is ready to announce, we’ll share it here, through our email list, and on Instagram.

Until September 26, dinner service at 499 Ellis will continue as usual.

499 Ellis became home.

499 Ellis has meant a lot to us.

We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, new menus, collaborations, and a lot of dinners here. We’ve met guests trying Malaysian food for the first time and welcomed back people who have been coming to Azalina’s for years.

The Tenderloin became part of the restaurant too. Our neighbors became regulars, other small businesses became friends, and we got to know people and organizations doing important work throughout the neighborhood.

We’re going to miss this room, but Azalina’s is continuing.

Our restaurant may be changing addresses, but the rest of Azalina’s keeps going.

Our sauces, sambals, peanut sauces, kaya, and other pantry products will continue to be available in stores and online.

We’ll also continue with events, catering, tastings, collaborations, and other projects around the Bay Area while we work on the next restaurant.
